From Assessment to Analysis. Seamlessly.
Implementation
Implementation is often the bottleneck in setting up a digital twin.
Anessa doesn’t replace your SCADA or CMMS. It brings data from your existing systems into one platform alongside our models.
From connecting to your plant systems to going live, Anessa handles everything end-to-end, without disrupting operations.

What it does
We run the implementation. Anessa's team handles the connection to your existing systems with our technology
Existing data is the starting point. The platform is built to work with your existing data, not the dataset you'd need for the ideal scenario. Inconsistencies are flagged and worked around during connection
Start with one plant, not the whole fleet. A single-plant starter engagement lets your team see the platform working on real data before any fleet-wide commitment.
Data is visualized into role-based dashboards.
An operator oversees operational data.
An engineer sees biology and trends.
A CFO sees production against budget, feedstock cost, and P&L metrics
Single source of data. Different access levels.
Users, site assignments, and permission roles; all managed from one screen.
Steps for Implementation
Depending on project scope, an average project runs through three steps:
-
Identifying existing sensors, SCADA setup, and data sources, and mapping what's available against what the platform needs in data quality assessment.
-
Building the software setup that will manage your plant's information and configure the modelling parameters against your plant's requirements such that feedstock characteristics, design parameters, operational data, and financial data are all integrated into the platform.
-
The platform goes live, with role-based access set up for your team, operators, financial analysts, managers, and admins; each gets the view built for their role.
Full integration averages between 10-12 months for a typical European biogas plant, depending on scope, from a single-site starter engagement through to a fully deployed, multi-site setup.
